In the middle of one of Berlin's most attractive neighborhoods, on the corner of “Unter den Linden” (possibly Berlin's most beautiful boulevard) and “Friedrichstrasse” (one of the largest shopping and cultural centers in the city), Volkswagen has chosen to place its corporate representative in its home capital.
Children as well as adults are attracted to the museum to look at the large selection of simple cars from Skoda and Seat, luxurious Bentleys and special cars like the amazing Bugatti. In addition, there is also a large selection of Volkswagen classics.
It is a fairly large building divided into small sections. They show, for example, the benefits of the new Scirocco model, a new, secret, covered project that only hints at the shapes of the Bentley, the history of the Skoda logo since 1895 or the awe-inspiring Bugatti Veyron.
The VW Forum also includes areas with information on safety and environmental protection, and others with educational multimedia games and exhibitions.
Unfortunately, there is only limited public interest in the museum. The restaurant that was previously located in the building had to move out of the building due to lack of demand.
